Chiswick Gators kept their eyes firmly on the prize in their defence of their 12U Division 1 crown, taking down the London Knights in another dominant display by game MVP Lachlan Rennie.
Rennie has been a revelation this season, taking advantage of good footwork inside that supports his length to finish at the basket, time after time. His 27 point personal haul, along with 9 rebounds and 3 assists are a testament to this rising young stars obvious talent within the 12U division and give the Gators and their stalwart coach, Mike Kwentoh, every reason to be optimistic in their ability to defend their championship (the gators are the current CBL 12U reigning champs).
The win moves the Gators to 4-0 on the season, sitting pretty in second place behind the 5-0 Enfield Scorpions and setting up what may be the 12U game of the season when the last two undefeated teams in the division clash in April.
